- Yes, and it should. It identifies which one it is talking to and follows a different path for each: different questions, different routing, different booking rules. Commercial bids usually route to a person, residential service books itself.
- Will it try to diagnose the electrical problem?
- No, and we would push back if you asked for that. It gathers facts for whoever does diagnose. Anything that sounds like a live safety hazard goes straight to a human, because a scripted answer is the wrong tool for that call.
- Does it work for after hours only?
- Either way. Some electricians run it as overflow when the office line is busy, some only after hours, some for every call. Overflow is the most common starting point because you keep your existing setup and simply stop losing the calls it drops.
- What does it cost to run each month?
