An AI receptionist that books the job, not just the message

It answers every call, asks what you would ask, and puts the appointment in your calendar. You own it when we hand it over.

What it does

  • Answers every call at once, with no hold queue, because capacity is not tied to headcount
  • Asks your triage questions and routes genuine emergencies to a human immediately
  • Books into real availability in the calendar and CRM you already run
  • Recognises returning callers and skips what it already knows
  • Sends you the transcript and a summary, so nothing lives only in a recording

What it does not do

  • Pretend to be a human, because it stops working the first time that is obvious
  • Give medical, legal, or diagnostic answers, which always route to a person
  • Replace your front desk, it absorbs the overflow they cannot physically reach
  • Lock you in, the accounts and logins are yours from handover

Common questions

How is this different from an answering service?
A traditional answering service is people taking messages, priced per call or per minute, and a message is not a booked job. This answers in your business's own words, books into your calendar, and writes to your CRM. It also does not have a hold queue, because it answers every call simultaneously.
What does an AI receptionist cost?
Two parts. A fixed one-off build, quoted before anyone starts, and running costs which are telephony and voice usage billed per minute plus your own hosting. We show you both before you commit. We do not charge a per-call markup, because you own the system rather than renting a seat on ours.
Will it sound like a robot?
It will sound like software that is good at its job, which is what callers actually want at 7pm when their heat is out. We recommend it says plainly that it is an assistant. What earns trust is that it understood the problem and booked a real time, not that it fooled anyone.
What happens when it does not understand?
It hands off. You define the fallback: warm transfer to a person, a callback booked into a real slot, or a text with a booking link. A call it cannot handle is escalated, never quietly dropped, and every one of those is logged so we can tighten it.
Can it work only after hours?
Yes, and that is a common starting point. Run it as overflow when your line is busy, only outside office hours, or on every call. Overflow lets you keep your current setup and simply stop losing the calls it drops today.
How long does it take to build?
Typically two to three weeks for one call flow, including testing against real calls before it handles all of them. You get recorded walkthroughs, written runbooks, and your own logins at handover.

Hear it answer your own phone number

On the call we set up a live number and you ring it. Fifteen minutes, and you know whether this works for your trade.
