An AI automation consultant who builds the thing, not just the deck
Most automation consulting ends with a slide called Recommendations. Ours ends with the automations running in your accounts, your team trained on them, and a runbook in your drive. The consulting is the first week. The build is the rest.

The audit: where the work actually stalls
We watch how a job moves from first contact to paid invoice and write down every point where it stops moving. Missed calls, quotes that go cold, records typed twice, reminders that depend on someone remembering. You get the map and the gaps ranked by what they cost, in writing, in the first week.
- A written map of your process as it is, not as the org chart says
- Each gap priced against your own numbers: calls a week, close rate, average job
- A build order: the fix with the fastest payback first
- Yours to keep whether or not we build any of it

The build: in your tools, under your logins
We do not bring a platform. We build inside HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, Airtable, whatever you already pay for, connected with n8n, Make or Zapier where something has to talk to something else. Every account is yours from day one.
- Voice agents for the phone, sequences for the follow-up, syncs for the records
- Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted before anyone starts
- Recorded walkthroughs and a written runbook for every automation
- Thirty days of fixes after handover, then support only if you want it

small business automation consultant
For businesses of five to fifty people
Enterprise automation assumes a team to run it. This assumes an owner who answers the phone. The systems we build are the ones that give that owner hours back: the call answered, the quote followed up, the invoice chased, the calendar filled, without a new hire to babysit them.
- Trades, clinics, law firms, property managers, agencies and the businesses that look like them
- Most engagements start with the phone, because that is where the money leaks fastest
- Nothing that needs a developer to change a sentence; your team owns the words
- If the honest answer is that you do not need automation yet, that is what the audit says
Dispatch
Real crews, real drive timeWhat it does not do
The line between what the automation handles and what a person handles is drawn before the build, in writing.
- Sell software or take a cut of it; we recommend what fits and you buy it directly
- Hand you a strategy document and leave; the build is the deliverable
- Hold your accounts, your data or your logins; everything is yours from the first day
- Automate a broken process; if the audit finds one, we say so before building on it

Finds where work in your business depends on someone remembering, decides which of those points are worth automating, and specifies the fix. The useful ones also build it. The audit is the consulting; the build is where the value shows up, which is why we do both and quote them together.
The audit is short and priced as a fixed fee. The build is quoted after the audit, as a fixed number for a fixed scope, plus the running costs of whatever the automations use (telephony, voice minutes, software seats), which we show you before you commit. No retainer is required to keep anything running.
Whatever you already run. Most often HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Clio, QuickBooks, Airtable and Google Workspace, connected with n8n, Make or Zapier, with Twilio for the phone. If yours is unusual we confirm the integration before quoting rather than after.
No. You need to know how a job moves through your business and where it goes wrong. We translate that into the build, hand it over with screen recordings and a runbook written for the person who will run it, and stay for thirty days of fixes.
Mostly the word. An agency usually means a team selling a package; a consultant usually means one senior person diagnosing first. We are a small senior team that diagnoses first and then builds, so both words are half right. What matters is that the person on the audit call is the person in your accounts.
Book a call. The audit starts with fifteen minutes on how a job moves through your business.
You leave with the three places it leaks, whether or not we build anything.
