An insurance answering service that captures the quote request before the lead shops on
A quote request is a person comparing three agencies this afternoon. The one that picks up and books the callback wins. The one that returns the voicemail tomorrow is comparing notes with nobody.

Why the calls get missed
Independent agencies are staffed for policy service, not for inbound spikes. Renewal season and every storm put quote requests, claims questions and billing calls on the same line at once, and producers are on the phone with existing clients when the new ones ring.

After the phone
The call is where it starts. The rest of the system, for insurance agencies.
Answering the phone is one of five parts. Most insurance agencies start there and add the rest once the calls are landing.

Common questions
No, and it should not. It captures everything a producer needs to quote (line, carrier, renewal date, drivers or property details) and books the callback. Quoting stays with a licensed person. What changes is that the lead is booked instead of lost.
It gives the caller the carrier's claims line if you want it to, takes the details, and routes the call to the account manager as a priority follow-up. Claims callers are your most anxious callers; the agent's job is to make sure they are not talking to a voicemail.
We write call summaries and new leads into HubSpot, GoHighLevel and similar CRMs directly. For agency-specific systems we confirm the integration path before quoting, and where there is no API we fall back to a structured email your team can act on.
Recording and disclosure follow the rules of the states you operate in, and you decide the policy. The agent announces itself and, where required, announces recording. We set this up with you rather than shipping a default.
Book a call. We will tell you what the missed calls are costing.
Fifteen minutes. We walk your call flow and tell you where it leaks, whether or not you hire us.
